Welcome to Unclear Image ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Products
We specialize in previously owned cameras, lenses, and photographic equipment unless otherwise stated.
We strive to describe every item as accurately as possible. Because each item is unique, every product is individually photographed, inspected, and described prior to sale. The photographs included in each listing are part of that listing's description and are intended to accurately depict the item being sold.
Cosmetic condition grades reflect our good-faith opinion based on inspection and are provided as a guide rather than a guarantee. Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing the listing description, photographs, and specifications before completing a purchase.

2. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is accepted only when we send confirmation that the order has shipped.
Occasionally we may need to refuse or cancel an order before shipment, including because of inventory discrepancies, typographical or pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment authorization issues, or other legitimate business reasons.
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, we will promptly issue a full refund using the original payment method.

3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Prices, specifications, and availability may change without notice until an order has been accepted.
Because many products are one-of-a-kind, availability cannot be guaranteed until shipment confirmation.

4. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
To help prevent fraud, we may request additional identity verification before processing an order. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable time may result in cancellation of the order.

5. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout.
To help protect against loss and fraud, we reserve the right to require an adult signature upon delivery.
Unless otherwise stated, orders typically ship within one to three business days. Processing times may be longer because of inventory verification, fraud prevention measures, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, responsibility for a shipment transfers to the customer once the shipping carrier records the package as delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

6. Returns
Because each item we sell is individually photographed and described, returns are accepted only if an item materially differs from its listing description or photographs.
To request a return, you must contact us within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery and obtain return authorization before returning the item.
Returned merchandise must:
- remain in the same condition in which it was received;
- include all accessories originally provided;
- not have been altered, repaired, disassembled, or damaged after delivery.
Returns that do not satisfy these requirements may be denied.
If, after inspection, we determine that an item materially differed from its listing description or photographs, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse, compatibility issues, changes of preference, or misunderstandings of information clearly disclosed in the product listing.

7. Limited Warranty
Unless a product listing expressly states that a product includes a limited warranty, the product is sold AS IS and WITH ALL FAULTS, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If a product listing expressly provides a 180-day Limited Warranty, that warranty applies only to the product identified in that listing and only under the terms described there.
Unless otherwise stated, the Limited Warranty:
- is non-transferable;
- covers defects arising during normal use;
- does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, impact damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, modifications, cosmetic wear, or normal wear and tear.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be disclaimed under applicable law.

8. AS-IS Sales and For Parts Items
Products identified as AS IS, For Parts, Inoperable, or similar designations are sold without warranty and are not eligible for return except where required by applicable law. Returns for these items are accepted only in accordance with our Return Policy.

9. Product Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their equipment before purchasing unless compatibility is expressly stated in the product listing.

10. Listing Errors
Although we make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy, errors may occasionally occur in descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct such errors and, if necessary, cancel affected orders before shipment. If payment has already been received, we will promptly issue a full refund.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the applicable product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to any product, transaction, or use of this website.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, applicable law, or the operation of this website. The revised Terms will become effective when posted on this page unless otherwise stated.
Any changes will apply only to purchases made after the revised Terms become effective. Orders accepted before that time will continue to be governed by the Terms of Service that were in effect when the order was accepted.
Your continued use of this website after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

14. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other rights.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, carrier interruptions, or other force majeure events.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Unclear Image regarding purchases made through this website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and understandings relating to those purchases.
