180-Day Limited Warranty

Certain products sold by Unclear Image include a 180-Day Limited Warranty. Only products whose listings expressly state that they include the Unclear Image 180-Day Limited Warranty are covered by this warranty.

This Limited Warranty begins on the date the carrier records the item as delivered and remains in effect for one hundred eighty (180) calendar days.

What is Covered
This Limited Warranty covers failures of the product to perform substantially as described in the product listing during normal use, provided the condition was not disclosed in the listing, reasonably visible in the listing photographs, or the result of an excluded cause.

Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- accidental damage;
- impact damage or dropping the product;
- water, moisture, sand, fungus, corrosion, or environmental damage occurring after delivery;
- misuse, abuse, or neglect;
- improper storage or handling;
- unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification;
- normal wear and tear or cosmetic wear;
- batteries, light seals, straps, caps, accessories, consumable items, or other components expected to wear through normal use unless specifically stated otherwise in the product listing;
- defects or conditions that were accurately disclosed in the product listing or visible in the listing photographs.

Warranty Claims
If you believe your product qualifies for warranty service, you must contact Unclear Image before returning the item.
Please include:
- your order number;
- a description of the problem;
- photographs or video demonstrating the issue
- We may request additional information to evaluate the claim.
- We may request that the product be returned for inspection before approving a claim.

Our Remedy
If we determine that a valid warranty claim exists, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to products specifically identified as including this warranty.

Except as provided in this Limited Warranty and to the extent permitted by applicable law, no other express warranty is provided.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
